🕒 Internship Duration: 3–6 months or up to 1 year
💰 Compensation: $24.00 (Hourly)
📅 Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Schedule can vary based on availability

Torgom Vintage Trading Co., Inc. is a growing company specializing in vintage wholesale clothing and unique merchandise. We are seeking a few motivated Office Assistant Interns to gain hands-on experience in office administration and shipping logistics and Social Media & Marketing. This internship is perfect for individuals looking to build real-world skills in a professional business environment.
What You Will Learn & Do:
Office Administration:
✅ Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing office documents
✅ Answer phone calls and emails professionally
✅ Help with inventory management and tracking
✅ Schedule and coordinate office tasks
Shipping & Logistics Training:
✅ Process online orders and shipping labels
✅ Pack and label products for shipment
✅ Learn about different carriers (USPS,UPS,FedEx,DHL,Freight, Ocean & Air)
✅ Track shipments and handle customer shipping inquiries
✅ Get an introduction to domestic & international shipping procedures
Social Media & Marketing:
✅ Assist in managing and updating company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
✅ Create engaging content, including product photos, videos, and captions
✅ Learn basic digital marketing strategies, such as email campaigns and promotions
✅ Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries
✅ Help develop marketing materials for promotions and special events
