Schedule Warehouse Appointment

TERMS AND REQUIREMENTS

Before making an appointment and coming into the warehouse or placing an order please note the following information below.

We are wholesale only, this means we are able to schedule a purchasing appointment as long as you have 1 of the following:
• Business license Paper
• Sellers Permit Paper
• Tax ID Form (SS-4/ W9) [Production Companies]
• Passport & business card (International customers only)

International Customers: Possible forms you can provide
Australian Business Number Form
New Zealand Business Number Form
Japan Business Number Form
United Kingdom Business Number Form
Etc.

Only 2 people are allowed under the $500 minimum.

We can allow 4 people per company but the minimum purchase requirement will double to $1,000.00.
We will NOT allow a group larger than 5 people per company.
((People you bring MUST work for you // NO Friends or Family for Personal buys))
We DO NOT allow personal buys because we are not a retail store.

All 1st time Customers must do the minimum up front, before starting to pick at either Warehouse.
The minimum goes towards your final purchase. All appointments are set up this way.

Because Torgom Trading is WHOLESALE we do not charge sales tax.

We will make a file for your company which needs to include the following:
· 1 of the following: Business license paper, Sellers Permit paper, or Tax ID form paper.
· Your ID
· Your email
· Your phone number
· Your business card

For new customers we do prefer that you schedule your appointment from 8am-12pm, so you have more than enough time to finish shopping.

We are open Mon.-Fri. 8am-5pm.

Basic Pricing:
Example Only
Approx. $12.00 and up T-shirts // Sweatshirts $18.00 and up
Quantity and Quality matter when pricing, no 2 items are the same,
so do not assume all T-shirts will be at $12 each.

Few Rules to Remember:
Please respect Our Rules as well as other customers and their privacy.

- No Photos or Videos are allowed inside the Warehouse.
- You are not allowed to try on the clothing (we are not a Goodwill)
- We will only remind you of these rules ONLY once, burning your bridge with us means
You, your partners, and your employees will be banned.

For shipping orders:
If you would like to place an order please speak to Christina or Sabrina. They are able to answer most of your shipping Questions.

You must send in a list of items you are looking for and email us your address for the quote as well as one of the business forms listed above.

How Orders Work & Options:
ALL orders must leave a 50% Deposit before the order is started.
Once the Order is completed the remaining balance will be recharged.
The Shipping will also be charged BEFORE the Merchandise is released to a shipping Company.
((International’s : Duties & Taxes are NOT Quoted as every country is different ))

You Must send in:
The Order Form with Reference pictures.
We then email you Prices based off your order form
(DO NOT SIGN the Order Form until you are sure of your Order)
A Signed Credit Card Authorization form.
A Quote for shipping will be given once the order has been completed.
(The Quote is an estimated price the shipping MIGHT come out to, NOT the exact amount it will come out to PLEASE KEEP IN MIND)

Take a look at our website or Instagram @torgomvintageclothing to see what kind of items we have in our inventory that we can put in a mystery box.
Business websites and personal Instagram will be used as inspiration. Please make sure to submit accurate information for the business website or Instagram.

**Shipping Quotes are given for 1 box and 5 boxes or Bigger shipments by pallet.**
Example :
1 box =70 Lbs.
5 Boxes =350 Lbs.
1 Pallet = 12 Boxes = 840 Lbs. +Pallet weight

We CAN NOT give you a specific Quote based off what you WANT to purchase because we do not have the exact weight or quantity of Boxes.

We CAN NOT quote you on CUSTOMS fees because every country is different
(Please be sure to send the complete Address including the country if you would like a QUOTE) **

We sell by the piece not by the pound, If you would like to buy clothing by the pound you must come into the warehouse for your 1st appointment.
