TERMS & REQUIREMENTS

Before scheduling an appointment, visiting the warehouse, or placing an order, please carefully review the following information AND bring the Policy Information form fully fill which can be found HERE.

Call To Confirm Appointment

Wholesale Only

We are a wholesale-only business. To schedule a purchasing appointment, you must provide one (1) of the following:

• Business License

• Seller’s Permit

• Tax ID Form (SS-4 or W9) — Production Companies

• Passport and Business Card — International customers only

International Customers — Acceptable Forms Include:

• Australian Business Number

• New Zealand Business Number

• Japan Business Number

• United Kingdom Business Number

• Other official business registration documents

Appointment Attendance & Minimums

• A maximum of 2 people is allowed per appointment with a $500 minimum purchase.

• Up to 4 people per company may attend, but the minimum purchase doubles to $1,000.

• Groups larger than 5 people are NOT allowed.

• All attendees must be employees of the business.
  No friends or family for personal purchases.

• Personal buys are NOT allowed. We are not a retail store.

First-Time Customers

• All first-time customers must pay the minimum purchase amount upfront before selecting items at either warehouse.

• The minimum applies toward your final purchase.

• All appointments are structured this way.

Sales Tax

Because Torgom Trading is wholesale, sales tax is not charged.

Company File Requirements

We will create a company file that must include:

• One (1) business document (Business License, Seller’s Permit, or Tax ID form)

• Government-issued ID

• Email address

• Phone number

• Business card

Recommended Appointment Times

For new customers, we recommend scheduling appointments between 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM to allow sufficient shopping time.

Warehouse Hours:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Basic Pricing (Examples Only)

• T-Shirts: $12.00 and up

• Sweatshirts: $18.00 and up

Pricing depends on quantity and quality. No two items are the same—do not assume all items are priced equally.

Warehouse Rules

Please respect our rules and the privacy of other customers.

• No photos or videos allowed inside the warehouse

• No trying on clothing (we are not a retail store)

• Rules will be stated once only
  Violations may result in permanent bans for you, your partners, and your employees

Shipping Orders

For shipping orders, please speak with Christina or Sabrina. They can assist with most shipping-related questions.

To request a shipping order, you must submit:

• A list of items you are looking for

• Your complete shipping address

• One (1) qualifying business document (listed above)

How Orders Work & Payment Terms

• All orders require a 50% deposit before processing begins.

• The remaining balance will be charged once the order is completed.

• Shipping fees must be paid before merchandise is released to the shipping company.

• International orders: Duties and taxes are not quoted, as they vary by country.

Sample Boxes / Mystery Boxes

• Sample box minimum purchase: $1,000 USD
  (Shipping not included)

Required Documents:

• Completed Order Form with reference photos

• Prices will be emailed based on the order form

• Do NOT sign the Order Form until your order is finalized

• Signed Credit Card Authorization Form

A shipping quote will be provided once the order is completed.
Quotes are estimates only, not final amounts.

Business websites and Instagram accounts may be used as inspiration.
Please ensure all submitted information is accurate.

Shipping Quote Guidelines

Shipping quotes are provided for:

• 1 box

• 5 boxes

• Pallet shipments

Examples:

• 1 box = ~70 lbs

• 5 boxes = ~350 lbs

• 1 pallet = 12 boxes (~840 lbs + pallet weight)

We cannot provide exact shipping quotes based on desired items, as final weights and box quantities vary.

We cannot quote customs fees, as they differ by country.
Please submit a complete address including country when requesting a quote.

Purchasing Method

• Clothing is sold by the piece, not by the pound.

• To purchase by the pound, you must attend your first appointment in person.
